Your locker password can be found in your reservation details.

Pick up at the venue
Select 'On-site Pickup' when making your reservation.
- Join the KakaoTalk open chat on concert day (link provided separately)
- Pick up at the designated location near the venue
You can check the detailed pickup times for each concert in the 'On-site Pickup/Return Schedule' section on the Snapshoot home screen.
You must join the open chat! Pickup is not possible without joining.
Quick Delivery
Same-day delivery
We deliver by quick service on the day when devices are available.
- Same-day delivery available (when devices in stock)
- Delivery fee varies by area
Courier Delivery
Delivered by the day before
Select 'Courier' and enter your shipping address when booking.
- Delivered by the day before the concert
- Delivery days count as rental days
- Shipping fee applies
Delivery to remote areas may be delayed. Please book with extra time.
