You'll need 2 photos of the seat view taken at the venue. Go to My Reservations → Tap 'Write Venue Review' → Follow the guide. Your review will be published after verification.

Post a review on Instagram, blog, or other social media. Go to My Reservations → Tap 'Write SNS Review' → Submit your post link.

Please check that your order shows 'Return Completed' status on the reservations page. Review buttons only appear after the return is processed. If you still can't see them, please contact support.

What's the difference between models?

Galaxy S23, S24, S25, and S26 Ultra are all great for concert recording. S23, S24, S25 Ultra have similar 20x zoom but differ in pixel count (2x difference), affecting quality and stabilization when zoomed in. S26 Ultra supports up to 25x zoom in Pro Video ST Zoom mode — the best zoom available!
