How do I
back up my data?

Venue return requires returning right after the performance ends. If you cannot complete the backup within 5 minutes using a USB or other method, you must apply for our backup service!* Payment is guided after backup is complete!

For International Customers

How will I receive my backup?

For international customers, we send your backup via a Dropbox download link (instead of Naver MYBOX). You can download your photos and videos from anywhere in the world — even after you leave Korea.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal (5% processing fee) and Wise/Wowpass (approx. 1% fee) for international customers. Payment is requested after backup is complete.

Return Options

You can return the device at the concert venue (if venue return was selected at checkout), at our Hongdae shop, or via parcel post. If you're leaving Korea soon after the concert, we recommend returning at the venue or Hongdae shop — your backup will be uploaded and the download link sent to you remotely.

Backup Timeline

Backup takes approximately 1–2 business days after you return the device. Once complete, we'll send you the Dropbox download link via chat. The link is accessible worldwide, so you can download at your convenience.

Booked via an external platform? (Creatrip / NOL / Veltra, etc.)

No separate backup form needed. Please proceed with "Return" from the chat room link we sent via DM or email.

💬 Snapshoot sends your personal chat room link via DM / email when your booking is confirmed. You can complete return + backup request + payment from that chat.
