Pickup Location
A Twosome Place (Olympic Park Station). The exact location will be announced in the venue pickup notice after reservation.
Available Schedule
Only available for schedules shown in Main > On-site Pickup/Return Schedule. Please contact us via KakaoTalk for unlisted schedules.
Pickup Time
Significantly late pickups may incur extra fees or be unavailable.
Return Guide
Return Time
Returns close approximately 20 minutes after the concert ends and venue clears.
Late Returns
Additional fees may apply.
After venue return closes, you must return the device to the Snapshoot office.
Data Backup Guide
Backup Service
Request backup service when returning the device.
When pressing the 'Return Complete' button in your reservation, you can select the backup option. We'll send a Naver MYBOX link — no login required on the device.
USB Direct Backup
We recommend purchasing a USB if you want to backup within the return time.
Important Notices
Operating hours may change depending on on-site conditions.
Proxy pickup and return by acquaintances is available. (ID photo required)
Late fee of 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes for overtime.
Pickup may be unavailable if more than 30 minutes late.
After venue return closing, you must return the device to the Snapshoot office.
