Pick up directly at the office!
Visit the office to receive your device directly without locker assignment.

Visit Time
Please visit the office after 11:00 AM.
Pickup Process

Visit the office and enter the door lock password.

Show your Snapshoot Web > My Page screen and we will verify your model and hand over the device.
3
Scan the QR code on the device wallpaper to update your receiving status.
4
Please check the battery level immediately after receiving.
Important Notes
Issues not identified at the time of pickup cannot be compensated, so please check thoroughly before completing pickup.
If there are any functional issues, please contact us immediately via 1:1 inquiry.
For privacy protection, please delete gallery, trash, and logged-in accounts before returning the device.
